Pain is a warning sign which tells us that something is wrong in our bodies. But anyone who is suffering from a chronic pain knows it's not easy to live with and they're even willing to sell their souls in some cases to not have to feel it.
I have decided to make this blog on natural pain remedies so that people can find alternatives to conventional pain killers, because of their undesirable side effects -even simple aspirin, if abused of, can cause ulcers if you get used to taking them on an empty stomach. It's better to find the root cause of the pain and treat it naturally, if possible, instead of just covering it up and hoping it doesn't return.
More and more people nowadays are taking their health more seriously and turning to natural medicine to solve their health problems, but does this mean that we're going to fire the doctor and look for some health guru to take his place? I certainly hope not! Conventional medicine undisputedly has its importance and, as a matter of fact, there are more and more doctors nowadays recommending natural remedies instead of prescribing hardcore pharmaceutical drugs.
My opinion is that we should try the eclectic approach to treat our health problems, i.e. take what is best for us from what there is to offer, be it conventional or natural medicine, but always consulting the doctor first. Opium grows naturally in Asia, but that does not mean it's good for us to take, does it?
One thing is certainly true: if we aren't treating the root of the cause, we are just setting it aside for another day by taking pain killers.
People nowadays are paying more attention to health care than ever before. I guess it's because only fools abuse of their bodies and think that the doctor can magically repair anything they've done to them.
